David R. Pernelli, MD, is a board certified ophthalmologist trained at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado, with over 25 years in practice. He is on the teaching staff at Will’s Eye Hospital where he mentors ophthalmology residents. His experience in cataract and refractive surgery started in 1986 with RK (Radial Keratectomy) surgery, the predecessor to PRK and LASIK surgery.
Terrance K. Heacox, Jr., OD, is an optometric physician trained at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Heacox has been on staff at the Eye Institute of South Jersey, PC, since 2002.
